The first two phases of the Città project are rental buildings combining approximately 320 units with variable configurations. Each building is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities: Rooftop Terrace (with BBQ, lounge, and shared workspaces), Fitness Room, Secured Access (chip entry and cameras), Commercial ground floor, and Green Spaces and Landscaping (Phase 2).
